Kilchurn Castle is in a beautiful location sitting on the banks of Loch Awe.
There is a walk in from the carpark. As at April 2022 sadly the castle is closed due to unstable masonry but you can walk around the outside.
Approximately a 44 mile drive on the A82, B8074 and A85 via Glen Orchy.
After you've visited the castle continue along the road, in the car, and pay a visit to the Gothic St Conan's Kirk.
