We have not been lucky enough to spot any red squirrels in our garden, but you just might see them Glen Righ/Inchree Waterfalls in Onich
Glen Righ is just a short drive away. Head towards Fort William on the A82 and once you've passed through Onich look for a turning to the right which is signposted to Inchree and Vertical Descents Activity Centre. By the car park there is a wooden wall with circles cut away at various heights; if you pop your face up to one of these you will look onto an area where feeders have been set up and the squirrels are frequent visitors. The holes are also just the right size for camera lenses, however you can walk to the side of the boards and get the same view if you would like to set up a tripod. Woodpeckers visit here too.
