The front door is original to the house so we don’t want to replace it. After this summers particularly hot spell the door began to shrink and distort slightly. A friend of ours made us 6 sets of mock hinges which he fitted to the door to pull it back into shape. We think he has done a fantastic job. The door now needs stripping, filling and painiting to bring it back to its best.
