We’ve taken the bull by the horns and decided to rip out the leylandii hedge at the front of the house. We have bought multi coloured pyracanthas so that we will get all year round colour, flowers for the bees and lots of nice berries for the birds. It will look a bit bare to start with as they are relatively slow growing but hopefully in a couple of years we will get a fabulous display.
