The local distillery is based by the Loch Leven Hotel just a 5 minute drive from Fern Villa Guest House.
As well as distilling and selling gin and rum they run schools so you can learn about the distilling process and help you to create a perfect spirit.
Catherine can highly recommend their Devil’s Staircase Spiced Gin with a splash of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, a slice of orange and a couple of cardamom pods.
