Jacobite Steam Train

The Jacobite Steam Train runs a morning service from the end of April to the end of October. The afternoon service runs from the end of April to the beginning of October.

The journey between Fort William and Mallaig is described as the greatest railway journey in the world, the 84 mile round trip takes you through stunning scenery.

Many of you will recognise the Glenfinnan Viaduct which the Hogwart's Express went over and some of the lochs from the Harry Potter films.

When passing Morar you will see the silvery beaches used in Highlander and Local Hero.
