Room Service

Covid restrictions have now been lifted however we shall be keeping some of the procedures in place :

The hand sanitising unit will remain in the hall.

Following positive feedback from Guests we will not enter your room to service it.   

However, if you would prefer that we serviced you room we would be happy to do this, please let us know.

We will leave antibacterial wipes in the bathroom for you to wipe it around if needed.

If you would like fresh towels please let us know and we will swap these over for you.

If you need the bins changing please let us know and we will pop into your room and change these for you. 

If a maintenance visit is needed please let us know.

Please consider taking out travel insurance even if you are travelling from within the UK
