Whilst we would love to throw open our doors and have a house full of guests again, sadly this is not possible at the moment, due to Covid-19 restrictions
We have made some adjustments how we run Fern Villa by following Government protocols and to ensure we do all we can to protect you, the Community and ourselves.
Limited opening will allow us to develop a set of systems to thoroughly clean and disinfect the whole house. This involves washing down all hard surfaces with soap and water followed by disinfecting with Milton. We regularly steam clean all soft furnishings and hard surfaces Please ask if you would like to see a copy of our Risk Assessment and Cleaning Schedule.
In the event that we need to close either during your stay or before your arrival date we will help you to try and find alternative accommodation in the area. However, we will not be liable for any costs arising from this.
We have a main hand sanitising unit in the hall and 4 smaller ones dotted around the house. All are touch free operated.
Please wear a face covering when in the common areas of Fern Villa, you can remove your mask once sitting down on the Breakfast Room.
