2 new cross country trails are opening at the Nevis Range Trail Centre.:
The CATS EYES green-graded cross country descent has wide berms and rollover features and can be ridden as a flat track or using the big wide open berms, with a rolling trail through the trees beside a burn. It’s 1.3km long, at least 1.5m wide and rideable by a trailer bike. Accessed by a 2km forest road climb, it finishes in the main Nevis Range car park.
The BLUE ADDER blue-graded cross country descent is a mix of 80m of gently bermed wide boardwalk, followed by a series of flowing twists and turns. It’s 1.1km long, at least 1m wide, and accessed by a 2km forest road climb, finishing in the main Nevis Range carpark.
